My driver refused my destination. What to do? How to launch complaint against driver?

If your Uber driver refused your destination then Uber gives you right to report about him. Please follow the steps listed below to launch complaint against your driver.

1-    Launch your Uber app
2-    Click on the three vertical small lines, mentioned on the top left of the app
3-    Go to the "your Trips" and your past trips record will be shown there

4-    Click on that trip which your driver canceled or asked you to cancel and trip details will be shown to you

5-    In the bottom of the trip detail "help" must be mentioned. Select "My Driver was unprofessional"

6-    Select the specific issue "My driver refused my destination"

8-    Enter all required trip details and submit

9-    Your complain will be launched and if it involves any cost, it will be refunded to you
