    I have also submitted this problem to your mobile app but still no contact with me. Your driver Mr. Wajahat (Suzuki Cultus) didn’t pick me and cancelled the ride although I have called him several time and u can check his mobile communications ! He cleverly cancelled my ride and uber has claimed Rs. 120/- to me ????? This is total injustice from your side because I have told driver my pickup location but he didn’t come ? Also when I called him several time he didn’t pick my calls. Please resolve this matter at your earliest possible.

  8. I want to kindly know that which model of mobile will be useful for Uber Captain's App? I am planning to buy Infilix Hot 5, but mobile vendor said that it will not work for Uber's Captain's App. He recommended only Samsung or Huawei mobile, can you please guide me ASAP

I am currently riding on cultus 8516 and driver don,t know how to use google map.he took an unknown road and after 10 mints i realized that we are going to somewhere else and i asked driver then he said"baji mujhy to rasty ka pata he nai hai"now i bring him back to right road and i am definitely sure it would cost me more as 30 more mints are added in my trip already

  14. Dear Concern, whilst booking right now uber ride, i have received message that before booking next ride you have to pay PKR 120/ of last ride. is it fair that ride has been cancelled by driver not by me. then why i should pay. please clear my acount to avoid any error in future.

  23. Ali here, Yesterday i booked ride on uber. Driver name was Muhammad aqeel & his car detail as:
    (suzuki cultus ALJ 670) & driver was unwilling for pickup & he cancelled the ride on his own, but uber imposed PKR 120 fine on me... That was not my fault... Why fined was imposed on me ?????? Please wave off my charges immediately. Waiting your positive feedback on above complain.

  30. They may have their reasons but having no helpline number to register a complain for Uber is a problem t. Therefore, I am using this forum.

    My wife had booked Uber around 6:20 on March 22, 2018. The driver Mr. Mian Husnain, car No. LRB 5868 and mobile number 0333 5285696 confirmed, but later on cancelled the ride without informing us. This left us in panic as we almost missed the bus.

    I demand to take necessary action. The Uber Management may contact me on my email ansyed56@gamil.com.

    i humbly request uber higher management to start uber pakistan help line / call centre service, because sometimes, uber drivers do not listen to riders and mis behave and at that time, we the customers / riders including me seriously need to talk to uber call centre rep., for resolving our issues.

    even careem has help line / call centre service. why don't uber start its call centre service.

  34. Used uber today. No AC in the car. Car was cultus ANR 144 in a very pathatic condition. Surprised how the Uber authorities allow such old and unfit cars on road. Strong need to improve the condition of the cars being used by Uber. Punishment for the passengers.

  39. i boycott uber , coz they are failed to provide us safety and other benefits in pakistan although they have no any customer care help line number , severals time i face this issue in uber that after booking once call driver they go on their own choice routes , if he is not in mood then according to him : go to hell" they didn't care and cancel the rides after listen where to go coz they are not in mood many times . and in uber if driver cancel two time rides then one time you can claim and 2nd time they will charge you 120/rs and totally refuse to refund although they have record that who is cancelling ride. I don't like careem but its the only and best option with security , coz they are strict with their driver and not allow them to do what they want , in careem if driver refuse to go then you can easily call careem care center and they fix the driver on the time , but in uber they are like mamnoon hussain . you will not get any help from thier site . also you have to pay if driver cancel the ride. uber sucks

  40. Uber is the worst service provider in Pakistan. We should all BOYCOTT UBER.
    Uber Drivers sucks .Uber dont have any control or check over their drivers. Alot of dirty and nasty people are joining uber and they just dont care about it.
    Yesterday I was on a trip which showed a total bill of 71-87 Rupee before ride.
    The driver of auto-rikshaw(Sultan - the old man with grey beard) was driving as slow as possible i asked him several times to drive with a normal or fast speed but he start misbehaving with me..and start shouting , no driver is supposed to that.
    When the trip was over uber charged me double of the trip's bill.
    I asked the driver what was the reason that i have been charged so much .instead of answering me in a poleite manner .You guys wont believe he start abusing me ,he gathered few people within few minutes and start saying tht this customer is not paying the bill.
    I asked him when did i said that but i need to know the reason of double charging. kindly call your uber office i will ask them the reason. He refused to do that and said abusing*****.
    WHAT THE HECK?

  44. suzuki cultus ATF 543 driver did not start Rid and on the destination said to give 275 my promotionis on 25% discount but he said he don't know and took 275/= when I checked in my trip it was 0 ruppies like he didn't open his Ride. this is cheating and you should check your drivers. Thanks

    I can't figure it out that how I can register my complaint against Uber Captain's who misbehaved, specially when they send text messages to me and ask 'Kidar Jana Hai' (meaning: where would you like to go?) If they doesn't like destination, they insist to cancel ride which is not fair, because I am talking about Islamabad/Rawalpindi region, where Captain of Islamabad refuses to go Rawalpindi, same with others. ....Secondly they start ride and pick someone else without confirmation.......WHERE I SHOULD CALL FOR HELP???? I need a responsible and concern person, not app stupid questions!

  52. hi what is your help line number. i want to enter a complaint about my last ride, which i book for my parents. my mother is a stroke patient she is on wheel chair. on 13th August, 2018 i book a ride on Uber Go from Ali road town ship to Park View Villas Lahore. when she ask driver to switch on his vehicle AC his reply was if you need AC car then ask your family to book luxury vehicle cultus don't have. after that he park his car in middle of the way and said get out langri aurat from my car. even on humanitarian ground its pathetic. Is this is your customer services??? hope to get prompt response.
