Please follow few steps given below to complain about your driver.
- Launch your Uber app
- Click on the three vertical small lines on the top left of the app
- Go to the "your Trips" and past trips record will be shown to you
- Click on that trip in which driver misbehaved with you and trip details will be shown to you
- Go to the bottom of the trip details and “help” section with few frequently asked problems will be shown
- Click on the 4th option “My driver was unprofessional” and further few options will be shown to you.
- Select the relevant 6th option “My driver was rude” and it will require trip details.
- Provide all the details about driver’s inappropriate behavior, his abusing language or if this trip involved any charges and press “submit” button.
- Your issue will be resolved soon and your wrongly charged money will be credited in your account.
