My driver did not end the trip at drop off location and drove extra miles and charged me extra amount. I need a refund. What should I do?

Such activities are discouraged by Uber and your feedback is very important to us as it helps us to offer the convenient and reliable service that we always aim to offer.

Please follow few simple steps to get refund and complain about the driver.
  1. Launch your Uber app
  2. Click on the three vertical small lines on the top left of the app
  3. Go to the "your Trips" and past trips record will be shown to you
  4. Click on that disputed trip and trip details will be shown to you
  5. Go to the bottom of the trip details and “help” section with few frequently asked problems will be shown
  6. Click on the “I would like a refund”

  7. Few more options asking about further detail, will be shown to you, please select “My pick up or drop off location was wrong”

  8. You will be asked to provide pick up location, drop off location and details about the issue. Provide details 

  9. Click “submit” and complain will be launched against that driver and your extra charged money will be credited to your account which can be seen in payment section.
